WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
CURRENTLY, THE WAIT TIME ON NEW ITEMS AND/OR RESTOCKED ITEMS 5-10 BUSINESS DAYS.
IN STOCK ITEMS ARE PROCESSED IN 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS.
ONCE PROCESSED ORDERS SENT VIA FIRST CLASS TRACKED MAIL (1-5 BUSINESS DAYS).
Customers will receive tracking information through the email address provided at checkout.
IN STOCK vs. BACK ORDERED
Items that are in stock will mail as soon as the order is received and the remainder of the shipment will go out once that inventory arrives to the warehouse. If you receive half of your order or a partial fulfillment don't panic! I just want you to enjoy some of the items early rather than anxiously wait for the entire order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@blessedupclothing.co.uk
Exchanges can be made however you may be charged for re-delivery. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. send us an email at info@blessedupclothing.co.uk for further assistance.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO SEND BACK YOUR ITEM OR IT ARRIVES UNEXPECTEDLY IT MAY BE REFUSED.
Lost/Stolen Packages
BLESSED UP LTD. is NOT responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages and will not take accountability for the items being delivered incorrectly. Please contact the courier using the delivery information supplied for all lost or stolen items.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping in some cases may be deducted from your refund. Depending on location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using an INSURED traceable shipping service.
